  • The paper titled: Towards higher energy efficiency in future waste-to-energy plants with novel latent heat storage-based thermal buffer system”, published last year, got the 2nd place under the category Best Paper Award. This award comes from the ISWA – The International Solid Waste Association (https://www.iswa.org/), announced as part of the event, Re-Thinking Waste, 22-23 September 2020.
